Here is a fast and easy way to enjoy a breakfast that is also full of nutrients
Oats with Oat Groats
1/4 C. Oats
1/4 C. Oat Groats
1 C. water
Place in a pot bring to a boil then simmer about 15 min. I put a lid on the pot and let it sit for about 15 min. while I get ready for the day.
(tip: buy oats in large quantity and this will cost only pennies to make into a meal)
